Q) I haven't received a confirmation email after placing an order.

After completing the order, this site automatically sends an order confirmation email for your reference, but this site has incorrect email address input, address change, junk email settings, mailbox capacity, relay mail server failure, etc. You may not receive the email for reasons not attributable to.

You can check the same contents as the order confirmation email from the order history page, so please check the order history page to check the order details and whether the order has been completed.

Please note that if you place multiple orders because you did not receive the order confirmation email, you will not be able to cancel the duplicate order.

Q) Payment fails

If the payment fails, it may be improved if the payment is made again after a while.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please wait for a while and try the payment again.

Q) What is a security code?

A security code is a special code used to prevent fraudulent use of credit and debit cards. Please check the following for the description part of each credit card.

・ For VISA, MasterCard, JCB and Diners Club, the 3-digit number printed on the back of your credit card

(It's just to the right of the main card number)

・ American Express is a 4-digit number printed on the front of your credit card.

(Located in the upper right corner of the main card number)

If you do not know or cannot read the security code, please contact the bank or credit card company listed on your card.

Q) I completed the payment by credit card, but I did not receive the payment completion email.

■ Automatically sorted / rejected as "junk mail"

<For PC email address>

Depending on the settings of your e-mail service, e-mail software, antivirus software, etc., it may be recognized as "junk e-mail" and you may not receive the e-mail from this site. Please check all your inboxes such as junk mail again, or check your service and software settings.

<For mobile email address>

There is a possibility that the mail has not arrived due to the spam prevention function of each mobile phone company or the domain specified reception.

Please set the domain specified reception so that you can receive emails from "@ shopping-pl.com".

* Regarding the mail reception settings, even if you do not know what you have set yourself, security may be set high by default depending on the carrier (mobile phone company). Please be sure to check all before making an inquiry.
